Envision has, for the most part, taken care of my vehicles with no issues. Although this visit there were some hiccups the service department came through in the end. Just wish it would have been resolved sooner.
Taking your car in for extended warrantee work during holidays provides a few challenges being that in our case you we needed to deal with a third party extended warrantee provider and varied holiday hours. The experience was great, the service representative kept us informed, provided us with options, gave suggestions, and the service was completed sooner than the estimated completion date.

After a day of negotiations for a used Lexus, and offering to pay full asking price as an out of state customer, at the end of the day manager Daniel came up with an additional $10,000 in fees above asking price. $7,000 in paint protection package on a car that already had scratches and 3,000 in mandatory shipping charges. Total scam!!!Beware of doing any business here!!!
Envision is a deceptive dealership who engages in bait and switch, and in addition does not follow through with approved/signed Due Bill and with promised services. Stay away.

We called it a vehicle was still available and at that price it showed online. It was a 2023 Yukon Denali. Showed the retail at $89,995. Dealer discount at $23,409. Internet price at $66,586. Diego confirmed the vehicle was still available and at that price. We arrived, test drove the vehicle and agreed to purchase the car. I just leased a Wrangler with Envision and it was the BEST experience. I worked with Asad and Tony delivered my car. I spoke with at least 6 different dealerships and no one gave me this excellent of a deal and service. They delivered my car to me and did everything else online. What an amazing experience! I would refer Asad and Tony all day long. My Wrangler is even better than expected. Tony took the time to go over how the Jeep worked too. LOVE LOVE my new Jeep!
I found the vehicle I wanted online and we spoke numerous times over the phone to work out the dealāthe cost, the money down, and no trade-in (I live in TX, and they knew this), the DEAL. Beware do not take your vehicle to this dealership you will regret it's a complete waste of time. I took my RAM 1500 truck with the Park sense and Service Shifter warning lights coming on and was advised my software needed updating so I paid $220, and that it should correct the problem and it did not. This was the worst vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I was lied to multiple times and constantly told they were trying to help me yet continuous lies.
I bought my vehicle on the 31st of March. Before I signed papers I told them the radio had an error on it that stated it needed to be serviced. Very poor experience! First off they promised me a price of around 27k and charged 32k doesnāt stop there. I put 9k down payment. They charged for tire package I never asked for and Iāve been going back and fourth for nearly 4 months trying to get someone to refund the contract back to the bank. The advisor was good. The tech left obbd sensor hanging and lost.my obd2 module that was connected to the port. I was told that nothing was there but I know it was there. They blamed the tow truck driver but the tow.truck driver did not touch that part of the car.

My experience with the dealerās service for my vehicle was extremely disappointing. They had my car for approximately 8 months, during which I encountered a series of issues. The primary concern I brought the car in for was never fully resolved, despite numerous attempts. Communication was also a major problem, as I often had to initiate contact to get updates on the status of my vehicle. This extended timeframe without a satisfactory resolution has left me extremely dissatisfied with the service provided.

My service provider Kenny did a great job he was very tentative and timely. Also made sure everything was well taken care of on my vehicle.
Had to wait 3 days before I received a copy of my contract.I called for 3 days with no response. I even let them know I was coming in on the third day to pick up my contract. When I arrived there my paper work still wasn't ready. I had to wait a half hour for them to get my copy.
Upon arrival service advisor Jonathan came out and took care of my needs he advised me how long the whole process would take and communicated the whole process

I came in for a simple oil change service and was told I needed a few more maintenance services done that they were able to get done at my visit and my car was done before I knew it. definitely going to continue coming back here.
I explained my problem with my Jeep. All that was done was clear codes and did not try to resolve the issue. Did not try to troubleshoot the problem. Simply said, bring it back if the problem is still there. You are supposed to be the professionals and fix the problem. Not just simply erase the codes and hope it goes away. I am very disappointed with their service.
I have used Envision, West Covina for 5 years now for my Dodge Ram and they have just always worked especially hard to make sure I was fully satisfied. And I am still satisfied. I recommend them fully.

Really bad experience. V2 and the others there were nice and determined to make the deal, and they did. But in prior texts with Drew, we banged out the numbers (which was not the deal I got) and that's the reason I drove an hour to make it happen. When I got there, Drew wasn't there and they said they were unable to honor that deal. Complete nightmare from scheduling to service execution. I've brought the car that I purchased from your dealership back for service multiple times. Each visit my time is wasted. The last time they messed up my alignment and had to bring it back right after leaving the lot. I will be avoiding Envision and will not recommend you to my family/friends/social media followers who are currently looking for new cars.

I bought a vehicle. Asked that they use the lender I already pre-qualified with because I didn't want my credit ran multiple times by multiple lenders. This dealership is dishonest, manipulative and unserious. Borderline criminal sty away. They make promises and break every one of them - they can not be trusted. Except to take as much of your money as possible.
It was a good experience, I went there with just me and my two young boys age 4 an 5, We worked out a deal pretty quick and the manager was very on hands and took care of my needs, even with two kids that just wanted to play the whole time, was able to purchase my dream truck with a 600 fico score. these guys are pretty amazing and can get it done, I still need to return for my full tank of gas but its ok, I am sure there word is good for it, thanks Guys!
I called and made the appointment. My first visit since under new management. A guy directed me to the service desk and opened the door for me. The service agent took my information and said the would call me when the service was completed. That afternoon I received a call and arrived to pick it up. Approximately 5 min wait from signing the paperwork to driving my vehicle. I will definitely give Envision West Covina another opportunity for my business at my next service.

The couple times Iāve been there for service, not satisfied. Itās difficult to reach anyone over the phone and receiving calls back after leaving messages is even worse. Service prices are also through the roof.

If I able to give a zero rating for this Service branch, I would have. Their level of carefree attitude is over the top with no sense of urgency when they have custody of your vehicle. Save yourself the hassles and find a better dealership.
Frauds and criminals- they failed to pay off my car they purchased in time leaving me negative credit points and have completely neglected to fix their wrong even after 15 plus calls promising to do something. I have reported them to the BBB, give your money elsewhere!!
